Sudden death of chartered accountant MR. George Frederick Wildash. founder of the well-known Worthing firm of chartered accountants. died suddenly on Saturday. aged 74. He had been an accountant for over 50 years and was active until his death. On Saturday Mr. Wildash had been to see a client. He sat down on a seat in Goring-road and was found there dead. His home was at 55 Poulters-lane. Worthing. Mr. Wildash came to Worthing In 1903 after starting his own accountancy practice In London. That branch was maintained while he was In Worthing. where the Liverpool-gardens offices were opened. He was a founder-member of the Worthing Rotary Club. In London he was a member and past master of the Worshipful Company of Barber-Surgeons. of which his father was 'also a past master. He was also a member of the City Livery Club and a Freeman of the City of London. In Worthing he was a sidesman at Christ Church and before that a member of the Holy Trinity Church Council. He was a honorary member of Worthing Golf Club. The funeral service was held at Christ Church this afternoon. Mr. Wildash leaves a widow and a son and daughter.
