Life story

Harriet was born in Norfolk at Holme Hale where her father was Rector. Her mother was Susanna, more frequently called Susan. The 1891 Census could not be found but by 1901 Harriet and two of her sisters were living with their widowed mother at 'Penlee' in Heene. In 1911 Harriet and her sister, Eliza, were at ;Darrington', St Michael's Road, West Worthing and when Harriet died on 18 May 1930 her address was 'Leaholme'. 16, St Michael's Road. She left £1103 6s 2d to Eliza.
