Arthur Tufnell Fiennes Wickham was born on 6th April 1897 in Worthing Sussex, to Charles Bertram and Kate Wickham (nee Southgate). Charles married Kate Southgate on 17th May 1895 at St. John Evangelist Church, Upper Norwood, Surrey. Charles worked as a School Tutor.

Arthur had 1 sibling Marjory Maude May Frances Wickham born 1899 Worthing.  She remained a spinster and lived in Worthing all her life.  When she died on 8th July 1973 she was living at 5 Shelley Road, Worthing.

The family were living at Natolia, Downview Road, Worthing, Sussex when Arthur Tuffnell died on 9th April 1898 aged just one year old.
