Life story

Albert Miles was born in Worthing in 1901. His father, John, was a fruit grower from Brighton and his mother, Caroline Hannah Lucas was from Portslade. He had six brothers and four sisters. He died aged four and was buried in Heene Cemetery, Sussex. Three of his siblings; Winifred, Edwin and Christopher, also died in infancy and were buried in Heene.
